Allerton Grange Celebrates Best GCSE Results Ever

Staff and students at Allerton Grange are celebrating today as 68% of students gained 5 A*- C GCSE grades (including approximately 1/5th who gained the A* grade), marking the best GCSE results ever for the school.  These results reveal an 11% increase in the outcomes for  our students. Special congratulations go to Kiran Ahmed (pictured) 8A* 3A 1B, James Common 8A*1A 3B, Grace Marsh 7A* 4A 1B.

This great news comes not even a week after the school’s wonderful A-Level results which sees two students heading off to study at Cambridge. Rachel Calder got A*s in Biology, English Literature, History & Spanish and has accepted an offer to study History at Cambridge University. Sam Mellor got A*s in English Language & History and A’s in Maths and Music and will go on to study Linguistics at the prestigious university.

Congratulations to all students in our area and best of luck with your future studies.
