This Saturday 3rd March at 7pm, enjoy a fashion show with a twist at St George’s Church Centre.

Clients from the crypt, alongside students, will be modelling a number of garments from the Crypt’s Charity Shops in Armley and Oakwood on the catwalk to help raise vital funds for the charity.

The event promises to be a great evening with a free goodie bags and glass of wine on arrival for the guests, plus a DJ, raffle and makeovers. Students from Leeds Metropolitan University, with absolutely no budget to work with, have helped to organise the fashion show.

Summer Robinson, one of the students involved in the organisation, said: “The Crypt has been working with the homeless for over 80 years, through help from local companies in Leeds and we aim to raise their awareness and funds for the great work they do.”

“We are really looking forward to the evening which will hopefully highlight some of the great donations we receive at our two charity shops in Armley and Oakwood.” Added Cheryl Harrington, Lead Fundraiser at the Crypt, “It is great that these young people have given up their own time to help raise awareness for the hard work that goes on at the Crypt.”

Tickets are £7 (£6 for students) and are available from:
